On May 24, from 18:00 to 00:30, the State National Russian Drama Theatre named after Ch. Aitmatov will host a Night at the Theatre.
On this night, the theatre team will present guests with backstage tours, an acting masterclass, a photo exhibition about the history of the theatre, and a handmade crafts fair.
At the same time, a concert will take place at the main entrance of the theatre, featuring the bands "November," "Salty Nuts," Mister Oscar, Aibek Barotov, Yulia Rutskaia, Alevtina Batalova, Talant Abdildaev, Talai Beishev, saxophonist Anton Stavnichiy, and other performers.
In the theatre foyer, young viewers will be offered a puppet show "Magical Gifts" performed by the School Theatre "Mowgli." This performance was one of the winners at the recent Festival of School and Children's Theatres. At 21:00, the play "Don Juan" will be shown on the main stage. After the performance, the actors and director will meet with the audience.
Additionally, a student conference on the history of theatre will be held as part of the event.
The Night at the Theatre will be held for the first time in Kyrgyzstan, and its organizers hope it will become a tradition.
