Already today, during the evening hours, the city center found itself in a traffic jam. Local residents report that they had to leave the office earlier to avoid congestion, but despite this, they still faced significant delays on the roads.
Traffic restrictions will be implemented on the following sections:
- the highway leading to Manas International Airport, up to the city border;
- Fuchik Street - from the border of Bishkek to Chuy Avenue;
- Chuy Avenue - from Fuchik Street east to Manas Avenue;
- Manas Avenue and Ch. Aitmatov Avenue - south to the state residence "Ala-Archa";
- certain sections of J. Abdrakhmanov, S. Ibraimov, and M. Frunze streets.
