In response, a representative of the Bishkek mayor's office reported that nine streets had been approved for infrastructure improvement, where, in particular, the process of asphalting roads is underway in the Kyrgyzstan-1 area. Next year, it is planned to create a junction infrastructure within Kyrgyzstan-1, which will help avoid access to Aitmatov Avenue.
On December 5, the mayor's office provided a list of nine streets where asphalting work has been completed:
- Adigine Street (300 m) — from Kurultay Street to Orto Street
- Vostochnaya Street (1100 m) — from house No. 2/1 to Mostovaya Street
- Samoylenko Street (1200 m) — from Y. Abdrakhmanov Street to Garage Street
- Garage Street (290 m) — from Samoylenko Street to Ch. Aitmatov Avenue
- Mostovaya Street (530 m) — from Ch. Aitmatov Avenue to Samoylenko Street
- Kozhomkulov Street (1500 m) — from Samoylenko Street to Streets 7 and 1
- Parkovaya Street (780 m) — from Y. Abdrakhmanov Street to Kozhomkulov Street
- Asia Street (1400 m) — from A. Masaliev Street to Y. Abdrakhmanov Street

The mayor's office noted that various options for the junction infrastructure within Kyrgyzstan-1 are currently being considered, which will not be connected to access to Chyngyz Aitmatov Avenue.
