The work started in May, when traffic in this area was completely closed, leading to significant congestion and causing inconvenience for both local residents and tourists.
A project representative reported that the asphalt laying has already begun, and it is expected that traffic on the avenue will be opened by December 1.
As part of this project, it is planned to create a modern urban infrastructure, including underground and above-ground spaces, pedestrian zones, a new fountain, and a shopping and entertainment center in this area.
