According to the press service of the city hall, the work is being delayed due to the need to relocate engineering communications, which are currently being carried out by companies such as OJSC "Bishkek City Telephone Network," OJSC "Severelektro," and "Bishkek PES."
Mayor Aibek Junushaliev emphasized the urgency of completing this work and set a deadline of five days for its completion.
Additionally, he also ordered that attention be paid to quality when arranging the bike path in this area and suggested considering the installation of U-shaped traffic lights.
The mayor also stressed the need to strengthen control over illegal parking, and municipal inspection staff have already begun drafting reports against violators.
