Jalapalak is currently part of Osh. The mayor's office and the presidential representative's office are located in the square on Alymbek Datka street, where state events and meetings traditionally take place.
The length of Kurush-Biy street is 3 kilometers 600 meters, and its width is 13 meters. The construction of sidewalks is planned to be completed this year or next year.
The construction of the road began in September 2024 but was temporarily halted due to rain and resumed only in the summer of 2025.
