Refusing to comply with the lawful demands to undergo a narcological examination and show his documents, the former police officer continued to behave aggressively. As a result, the Public Security Management employees, relying on the law on service in law enforcement agencies, were forced to use physical force to protect themselves and compel the violator to comply with their demands.
A protocol on the offense was drawn up against the detainee, after which the case was transferred to the investigative department of the Interior Ministry of the October district of the capital.
