According to law enforcement agencies, the incident took place on the night of November 17 to 18, when the driver of a "Hyundai Solaris" was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He knocked down a street lamp and drove into the park.
“At the moment, the car is in the impound lot. The driver will be able to retrieve it only after fully compensating for the damage caused. In addition, he has been fined 5,500 soms for violating traffic rules,” the press release states.
Law enforcement agencies also noted that the total damage caused to the park amounted to 16,000 soms.
