In connection with this, the investigative service of the Oktyabrsky District Internal Affairs Directorate initiated a criminal case under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning hooliganism associated with resistance to a representative of authority or individuals performing duties to maintain public order.
During the investigation, J. S., born in 1992, was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Directorate, in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
