According to sources, one of the visitors, while on the street, grabbed a stone and struck the waiter on the head. As a result of the blow, the establishment worker lost consciousness and fell, while the attacker fled the scene.
The First May Police Department of Bishkek confirmed that on November 9, a man with injuries was delivered to Hospital No. 4 via ambulance.
It was established that the victim was R. A., born in 2001, with a diagnosis of "closed traumatic brain injury."
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 130 "Causing serious harm to health" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The police were able to identify and detain the suspect K. A., born in 2003, who was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
