As reported by the Interior Ministry of the Issyk-Kul region, on November 15, a report was received at the duty station that unidentified individuals had inflicted bodily harm on a citizen, E. B.
The fact was registered, and a preliminary investigation was initiated.
During operational activities, officers of the Issyk-Kul district police were able to identify and detain the suspects, among whom are two police officers:
- K. Zh., born in 1997, senior officer of the Issyk-Kul district police;
- R. S., born in 1997, sergeant of the traffic police of the Issyk-Kul district;
- A. A., born in 1997;
- K. M., born in 2005.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 130 "Causing serious harm to health" of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan. Forensic medical examinations have been appointed.As of November 16, all suspects have been placed in a temporary detention facility. The investigation is ongoing.
