Suspects detained after committing the crime
In the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, law enforcement officers detained a group of suspects involved in robbery, according to information provided by the city's Main Internal Affairs Department.
On October 19, 2025, a report of an attack was received at the duty station in the area of the leather factory, where the perpetrators, threatening with a knife, stole mobile phones of the models "iPhone XS" and "Redmi Note".
A criminal investigation was initiated in accordance with Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Immediately after receiving information about the crime, during operational activities, four suspects were detained: J.B. (born in 2007), A.D. (born in 2009), I.O., and T.M. (both born in 2007). All of them were placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department.
During a personal search of one of the detainees, two knives used in the crime, as well as one of the stolen mobile phones, were found. The investigation also established their involvement in other similar crimes.
