In connection with this incident, the Investigative Department of the Sverdlovsk District initiated a criminal case under Article 207 "Robbery" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational work, the employees of the Main Internal Affairs Department were able to detain the suspects. Among them were J. B., born in 2007, A. D., born in 2009, as well as I. O. and T. M., both born in 2007. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, they have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the city’s Main Internal Affairs Department.
During a personal search, one of the detainees was found with two knives and one of the stolen mobile phones.
The investigation is also considering their possible involvement in other similar crimes that occurred in Bishkek. The verification is ongoing.
