According to law enforcement agencies, on August 6, 2025, one of the residents of Karakol approached the local police station and reported the theft of three mobile phones from his store. It was clarified that the theft occurred on July 18, when unknown individuals stole two devices of the Redmi Note 14 model and one Note 14 Pro.
In connection with this, a criminal case was initiated under Article 205 "Theft" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

As a result of operational activities, the officers of the Karakol police department were able to identify and detain the suspect. He turned out to be a 34-year-old resident of the city, who confessed to his guilt during the interrogation. During the investigation, it was established that he was also involved in another 28 similar crimes.
The collected materials of the case were submitted to the court for further proceedings.
