During the inspection, a plant substance resembling cannabis was found with a teenager, M.M., born in 2006 and a native of Karakol. The seized substance, which initially weighed 154 grams, has been sent for forensic chemical examination.
The examination confirmed that it is a cannabis straw concentrate (marijuana), with a net weight of 74 grams. It was established that on September 8, 2025, M.M. collected wild hemp at the foot of a mountain in the village of Tash-Kiya, located in the upper part of Karakol. The next day, he brought the collected substance to "Antikino" intending to use it with N.Ch., who was also born in 2006.
A criminal case has been registered in the Unified Register of the Karakol Department of Internal Affairs under Article 283 (Illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and their analogs without the purpose of sale) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Investigative actions have been completed, and the case materials have been submitted to the court for further consideration.
