In Bishkek, a conflict occurred at the Osh market between two men, one of whom attempted to provoke a police officer into a fight. This was reported by the capital's UPM.

According to their information, the driver of a Hyundai Sonata parked his car at a public transport stop, blocking access for minibuses to pick up passengers. UPM inspector Nadyrbek Jusupov demanded the driver's documents, but he refused to provide them.

According to paragraph 12.4 of the traffic rules, parking is prohibited within 15 meters of stops. In this case, the car was left right next to the boarding area, which created difficulties for public transport.

At the moment when the inspector was explaining the violation to the driver, a friend of the driver approached them. He began to interfere in the conversation, raised his voice, and ultimately challenged the inspector with the phrase: "Take off your uniform and let's go!" thereby trying to provoke him into a conflict.

Despite the provocations, the inspector acted in accordance with the law. A report was drawn up against the driver for the violation, and both men were given a preventive talk.

The UPM reminded motorists of the importance of adhering to traffic rules and the necessity of not interfering with the police while they are performing their official duties.
