On November 19, around five o'clock in the evening, Patrol Police officers, while on duty near the Osh market, noticed a vehicle at a stop located at the intersection of Chuy Avenue and Beyshenaliyev Street, which was completely obstructing public transport movement.
The taxi driver claimed that he had not violated any rules and believed he had parked in a legal spot. However, patrol officer Jusupov tried to explain that the driver had confused the road markings and needed to show his driver's documents. The taxi driver responded with refusal and continued to argue.
At that moment, the driver's friend joined the conflict, began to insult the inspector, and challenged him to a fight.
As a result, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the taxi driver, and a fine was imposed.
