To successfully process the license, the following copies of documents are required:
- identity card;
- certified copy of the registration certificate with the UGN (for drivers working through IT taxi services - a certificate of the absence or presence of tax and insurance contribution debts);
- document confirming the payment of the licensing fee;
- contract for mandatory liability insurance for passengers;
- copy of the employment contract with a legal entity (carrier or fleet) that has a license for safety training;
- vehicle registration certificate;
- power of attorney for management or lease agreement for the vehicle;
- technical inspection report;
- driver's license of the appropriate category with at least 3 years of experience;
- medical certificate of the established form;
- certificate of no criminal record.
“Passenger transportation is a field of increased responsibility, and every driver must meet the established requirements. Timely submission of documents plays a key role in ensuring the safety of citizens and the legality of operations in the passenger transport sector,” the agency stated.
