According to the Patrol Police Department, the incident occurred on November 15 at around 06:00, when a call about a fire in building No. 16 on Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue was received at the 102 emergency hotline. The first responders on the scene were the patrol police officers.
As the fire intensified, three residents, frightened, attempted to leave their apartments and jumped out, sustaining injuries. They were provided with necessary medical assistance immediately.According to the department's information, thanks to the prompt and brave actions of the patrol officers, more serious consequences were avoided, and evacuation began before the arrival of rescuers.
Emergency Ministry representatives reported that at 06:20, four fire crews and a command post were dispatched to extinguish the fire. A total of 50 people were evacuated.
The fire was localized by 08:50, covering an area of 800 square meters.
