
Information about the fire in the Oktobrskiy district of the capital was received from the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The flames engulfed the building of the former 'Chatyr-Kul' cinema, and the fire was extinguished.
It is reported that the fire started on Toktonalieva Street at 17:13. Four fire crews, as well as an operational headquarters and a group from the Crisis Management Center, were dispatched to extinguish the fire.
According to preliminary information, the fire concentrated on the roof of the building, covering an area of approximately 700 square meters.
The fire was localized by 18:07, and complete extinguishment occurred at 20:09.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of the incident. Currently, the causes of the fire and the extent of the damage are being determined. It should be noted that the cinema building has long been abandoned and is not in operation.
