According to the information from the agency, patrol service employees are engaged in identifying violations related to the illegal placement of advertising structures. These structures impair visibility for drivers and create risks for road safety.
“UPSM employees are checking the compliance of advertising billboards with established requirements, their correct placement, and the absence of obstacles for road users. The agency emphasizes that structures installed in violation of regulations can lead to traffic accidents. Preventive measures are ongoing,” the press release states.
