The press secretary of the Patrol Police Service, Nursultan Muratbekov, stated that the video of this incident quickly spread on social media in Kyrgyzstan. The author of the recording expressed the intention to report the violation to the Patrol Police Service.
Patrol police officers were able to identify the violator. During the interrogation, he explained his actions by saying he was in a hurry to get to work and apologized for his behavior.
A report was drawn up against the driver, and a preventive conversation was held with him.
