This incident occurred on Jibek-Jolu Street, where the driver, performing dangerous maneuvers, posed a threat to other road users. Employees of the traffic safety department promptly intervened and stopped the offender.
An administrative protocol was drawn up regarding the violation, and the driver was fined 15,000 soms. The offender's vehicle was placed in a towing lot.
The department also reminded that according to the Code of Violations, in case of repeated instances of auto hooliganism within a year, the driver may be deprived of the right to operate a vehicle for up to six months.
