The incident occurred during a raid aimed at identifying violations of traffic rules when a Chevrolet vehicle was stopped for inspection.
During the inspection attempt, the driver did not comply with the lawful demands of the officers and tried to leave the stop location. However, thanks to prompt actions, the vehicle was detained, and the driver was arrested.
"During the inspection, it was revealed that the driver lacked both a driver's license and the necessary documents to operate the vehicle. Additionally, he has unpaid fines totaling 68,700 soms," the statement said.
In accordance with the law, for disobeying the officers' demands and lacking the necessary documents, the driver was fined 7,500 soms. The vehicle was placed in a towing lot.
