The first incident occurred on December 3, when the man was stopped while driving a car. A medical examination confirmed his intoxication.
On the following day, December 4, he was again detained for driving while intoxicated. The narcology center also confirmed the presence of alcohol in his blood. During the examination, the driver behaved strangely, repeatedly asking the inspector: "What year is it?"
UPSM emphasized that despite regular preventive measures and raids, some drivers continue to disregard safety rules, endangering both their lives and the lives of other road users.
The service urges citizens to strictly follow traffic rules and never drive after consuming alcoholic beverages.
