Displayed aggression during the stop
In Bishkek, a former law enforcement officer, previously detained for driving under the influence, was caught behind the wheel again while intoxicated. This was reported by the UPSM.
The agency stated that when attempting to stop him, the ex-policeman began to actively resist, insult the officers, and even tried to flee. He threatened that "everyone will be fired tomorrow," referring to his connections.
The man refused to undergo a medical examination for drug use and did not provide his documents. Due to his aggressive behavior, law enforcement officers were forced to use force.
A protocol for the offense was drawn up, and the detainee was handed over to the Internal Affairs Department of the October District.
