On November 30, near the intersection of Baytik Baatyr and Suerkulov streets, officers from the Patrol Police Service stopped a "Toyota Avalon," suspecting that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. When attempting to present his documents, Kondubaev began to resist.
Video recordings show him behaving aggressively, using foul language towards the police officers and threatening them. He refused to undergo a breathalyzer test for alcohol. In response to his behavior, the inspectors were forced to use physical force.
The vehicle was impounded, and the driver was taken to the October District Department of Internal Affairs.
We remind you that Chyngyz Kondubaev has previously had legal troubles, being involved in a high-profile traffic accident that resulted in the death of Saniya Shakirova, a mother of three from Kara-Balta. She was the winner of the international Miss Universe Beauty contest in 2018 in Vietnam.
After the tragedy, Kondubaev was sentenced to ten years in prison to be served in a settlement colony.
On June 2, 2018, while driving a Ravon Nexia R3, which was registered as a taxi with Namba but not being its driver, he lost control and veered off the road, crashing into a barrier. As a result of the accident, one of the passengers, 38-year-old S. R., was hospitalized, while Saniya Shakirova, unfortunately, died at the scene.
