According to the data, the driver A. M. was operating a BMW E39, manufactured in 2009. He lost control and veered into the oncoming lane, where he struck the pedestrians: 46-year-old J. S., her 18-year-old daughter-in-law J. M., and her granddaughter J. F., born in 2024.
After the collision, the car also crashed into a parked KamAZ truck.
At the scene, J. S. died, and her granddaughter passed away in the hospital. The daughter-in-law, J. M., and the truck driver, Sh. E., born in 1971, were hospitalized with various injuries.
The fact of the accident has been registered, an investigation is underway, expert examinations have been appointed, and event diagrams have been drawn up.
It is worth noting that the BMW driver did not have a driver's license, as he was driving his older brother's car. The suspect has been detained and placed in custody, and the court will soon determine the measure of restraint.
This is not the first case where a young unlicensed driver becomes the cause of an accident.
