According to information from the press service of the Osh Internal Affairs Department, the incident happened on November 27 at around 12:40 PM. The teenager M.A., behind the wheel of a "BMW E39," lost control of the vehicle and veered into oncoming traffic, subsequently hitting pedestrians, among whom were S.D., born in 1977, her niece M.D., born in 2005, and little F.D. [the girl was born on February 29, 2024].
After colliding with the pedestrians, the vehicle crashed into a parked "KAMAZ" truck.
As a result of the accident, S.D. died at the scene from her injuries. Her granddaughter, born in 2024, was urgently taken to the hospital in critical condition, but unfortunately, she could not be saved.
Additionally, D.M.A., born in 2005, and the truck driver E.Sh., born in 1971, were also injured and sought medical assistance.
Preliminary data indicates that the underage driver did not have a driver's license — he was driving his father's car.
The driver of the "BMW," A.M.H., was detained and placed in a temporary detention facility. Materials regarding the incident have been registered with the Osh Internal Affairs Department, and forensic and automotive technical examinations have been appointed.
