According to the agency, two days after the vehicle was taken from the impound lot, the same driver violated traffic rules again: he was driving under the influence of alcohol and without a driver's license. As a result of his actions, a traffic accident occurred involving a "Honda Odyssey."
"As a result of such actions by the driver, not only he himself was injured, but also family members in the other vehicle, and material damage was caused," the statement added.
“The 'Honda Odyssey' was moving in its lane, following all traffic rules. Due to the inadequate behavior of the intoxicated driver, one family was harmed,” the statement noted.
