As Seitaliyev noted, previously citizens had to visit the relevant department twice, providing at least five documents in paper format, and wait up to four days to receive a new license.
“Today, this process has been completely changed. Now, applications can be submitted remotely through the "Tündük" app, where users can take a photo and make payments via QR code,” he added.
Additionally, information is now automatically pulled from the "Tündük" and "Unnaa" systems, eliminating the need to provide documents, including medical certificates, in paper form.
The processing time for a new driver's license has been reduced to two days. For the convenience of citizens, a delivery service for the finished license to their homes has also been introduced through "Kyrgyzpost." Seitaliyev emphasized that these measures are aimed at reducing bureaucracy, saving citizens' time, and improving the quality of public services.
