A new service has emerged in the Kyrgyz Republic that allows citizens to replace their driver's license through the mobile application "Tündük." This information was announced at the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing under the President's Office.
With this feature, citizens can now quickly and conveniently update their driver's licenses without leaving their homes or visiting government offices.
Instructions for using the service:
Launch the "Tündük" application on your device. Before submitting an online application, you must upload a medical certificate in form 083/U in advance, as the application will not be accepted without it.
Go to the "Services" section, then select "Automotive and Driving." Click on the option "Apply for a driver's license replacement" and submit your application. Check your personal information and click "Next." Choose the organization that will issue your new license, and specify the reason for your request (e.g., replacement or loss). Select your preferred method of receipt: – "Yes" — courier delivery (you need to provide the address and postal code).
– "No" — personal collection of the license.
Take a photo directly in the application. Photo requirements:* your gaze must be directed straight at the camera
* no shadows on the face and clothing
* the image must be clear and bright
* headwear is not allowed (a scarf is permitted)
Payment: Payment is made via a QR code that is automatically generated by the application and can be paid through any payment application by simply scanning it.
The processing time for the new license is 2-3 working days.
It is important to note that when receiving a new driver's license, you must hand in the old one.
