- Users can now register not only at the Public Service Centers (PSC) but also at the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing (GCVRDL) and "Cadastre".
- The screens in the centers and the mobile application display the number of visitors in real-time, allowing users to choose a less crowded branch.
- There is also the option to see the number of reserved tickets, making the planning process more transparent and convenient.
The agency noted: "Now citizens can choose a convenient time and place for their visit in advance, book a queue through the Tunduk application, and come at the appointed time without the need for waiting."
