New features have been implemented in the electronic queue system in Kyrgyzstan, which works in conjunction with the "Tündük" application. This was announced by the press service of the State Institution "Kyzmat".
Key improvements:
Online queue booking is now available not only for the Centers for Public Services (CPS) but also for the State Center for Registration of Vehicles and Driver's Licenses (GCRVDL), as well as for the Cadastre. Citizens can see the number of visitors in real-time on screens in service centers and in the mobile application, which helps them choose a less crowded branch. A feature displaying the number of reserved tickets has also been added, making the visit planning process more transparent and convenient. Users can now select a convenient time and place for their visit in advance and book a queue through the "Tündük" application, arriving at the designated time without waiting.
“We continue the process of digitizing the services provided. The main goal of the new features is to simplify, make more transparent, and enhance the convenience of obtaining public services for citizens,” emphasized the State Institution "Kyzmat".
According to the agency's statement, the updated electronic queue system allows for reduced waiting times and improved service quality, as well as increased accessibility to public services.
