In Kyrgyzstan, surveillance cameras are installed in 80% of educational institutions and are connected to the situational center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This data is presented in a study concerning violence in the country's schools.

The Ministry of Education reported that a new section called "Don't be afraid, report!" has been added to the mobile application "E-Kundoluk," which serves as an electronic diary. Now, every student who encounters offenses can report them through the app. The information is automatically transmitted to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, allowing for a quick response to situations. Over the past six months, officials say more than 2,000 reports have been received from students.

"All reports submitted through the 'E-Kundoluk' app are anonymous. We respond immediately to information about physical violence or extortion. If the facts are confirmed, they are registered; otherwise, preventive measures are taken," said 24.kg Nurzhan Adylova, head of the Security Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, responsible for coordinating and overseeing the juvenile affairs inspection.

It was previously reported that in 2025, the budget allocates 46 million soms for the installation of surveillance cameras in schools in the capital.
