According to information provided by the department's press service, on November 2, 2025, the school social educator received a report that high school students from grades 9-11 planned to gather in a forested area near Sadovaya Street around 8:30-9:00 PM, and there was a likelihood of violence occurring.
Timely reporting the situation to the Internal Affairs Department of Karakol, school staff headed to the meeting place. There, they found both current and former students.
The juvenile affairs inspector, who also arrived at the scene, contacted the parents and handed over the children. A meeting with students and their parents took place on November 3, and further investigation is currently underway.

Additionally, by order of the Karakol Department of Education, an inspection is being conducted at School No. 7 aimed at preventing violence and offenses, as well as creating a safe educational environment.
Officials promise to provide additional information following the investigation.
The Ministry of Education urges parents to monitor how their children spend their time, especially in the evening, and not to leave them unsupervised on the street, paying special attention to their upbringing.
Previously, one mother reported that eight high school students were beating teenagers, threatening them, and forcing them to participate in violence against younger students. She insists on a personal meeting with the head of the State Committee for National Security.
According to the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Issyk-Kul region, no incidents of violence at the school were recorded.
