Students Feel Uneasy About Toilets
At School No. 111, located in Bishkek, surveillance cameras were installed in the toilets, both in the outdoor and indoor facilities of the educational institution. This became known thanks to reports from local residents on social media.
Parents of the students expressed their dissatisfaction, noting that their children now feel uncomfortable using the toilets.
In response to the citizens' concerns, representatives of the city hall commented on the situation, stating that the video cameras in the toilets were dismantled after complaints were received, and explanatory conversations were held with the school administration.
The municipality also emphasized that the cameras installed in the toilets had no functional purpose.
