It is worth noting that since September 1, a new experimental procedure for accounting foreigners, including citizens of Kyrgyzstan, has been introduced in Moscow and the Moscow region. This process replaces the traditional migration registration. Now, foreigners coming for work are required to install the "Amina" app.
The "Amina" app allows users to register at the address of the multifunctional migration center in Moscow, known as the MMC "Sakharovo," and provides remote notification to law enforcement agencies about the place of residence where the migrant usually sleeps and rests. If there is a change in residence, the foreigner should update this information through the app's interface.
