According to Ashyrbaev, one of the key modules in the "Unified Register of Crimes" allows for the accounting of criminal cases initiated against entrepreneurs and ensures control over the legality of ongoing investigations. An automated information system (AIS) for "Registration of Inspections of Business Entities" was also presented, which tracks inspections by tax and law enforcement agencies. In addition, a mobile application called "Business Protection" has been developed, allowing for the recording of inspector visits without contact, as well as registering inspections and sending materials to the prosecutor's office, including photos and videos.
How is the process carried out?
- The entrepreneur uses the application to register an inspection, after which the data is sent to the AIS, and if violations are detected, the information is forwarded to the prosecutor's office.
- The registry modules help monitor the movement of cases related to businesses.
Ashyrbaev shared the expected results from the implementation of these digital solutions:
- Increased transparency of inspections and the creation of a unified digital "roadmap" for interaction.
- Reduction of the subjective factor in the appointment and conduct of inspections.
- Decrease in administrative barriers due to the standardization of all procedures.
