The Director of the State Agency for Civil Service and Local Self-Government, Kudaibergen Bazarbaev, spoke on the air of "Birinchi Radio" about how the automated human resource management system e-Kyzmat significantly simplifies the employment process for citizens.

According to him, the system has registered 227 thousand users. Among them, 22.6 thousand are state and municipal employees, 145 thousand are workers in budgetary institutions, and 49 thousand are private individuals who have created their accounts and provided the necessary personal data.

“Among the registered users are Oxford graduates and candidates who are in reserve. This database allows for the selection of suitable specialists for various positions, which significantly simplifies the process. Previously, people had to submit applications and gather documents, but now it is enough to open their page and send the necessary materials. Digitalization has greatly reduced the number of existing problems,” Bazarbaev added.

When asked about the fairness of the competitive selection, he responded positively.

“For the junior reserve of personnel, a single access point has been created in the State Personnel Service. The process is completely open and transparent. Young specialists who have completed their education at universities can enter the internal reserve for junior positions and then apply for vacant positions throughout the republic. There is no need to run around and ingratiate oneself; we have completely eliminated this approach. The main thing is that we can consistently implement this mechanism,” emphasized Kudaibergen Bazarbaev.
