According to the local municipality, the boiler house, which was put into operation in 1986, underwent serious capital repairs and upgrades. As a result of the modernization, production capacities have increased, and outdated equipment has been replaced with modern electric boilers, each with a capacity of 2.15 gigacalories per hour, as well as new pumps.
Now the updated boiler house will provide heating for 10 multi-story buildings and one school, covering a total area of 49,682 square meters. Additionally, a heat pipeline of 3,436 meters in length has been replaced, significantly reducing energy losses.
During the opening ceremony, the mayor of the city, Zhenishbek Toktorbaev, spoke about his visits to municipal enterprises after his appointment. He noted that only four of the enterprises are functioning: "Oshvodokanal," "Tazalyk," "Teplosnabzhenie," and the bus station. The other enterprises have lost their material and technical base due to destruction and theft. All equipment has been looted and sold. In this regard, it was decided to update the boiler houses at the "Teplosnabzhenie" enterprise. Now there will be no heating problems in the Kulatov microdistrict. The mayor also instructed to disconnect all private houses from central heating, leaving the "Khrushchyovkas" unchanged. Private mansions must independently handle the installation of their own boiler houses; this is their responsibility. Furthermore, new buildings should not be connected to central heating without proper oversight," the mayor added.
