The procedure for users includes the following steps:
1. Go to the "Services" section and select the "Motor Transport and Driving" option.
2. Find the item "Apply for a driver's license replacement" and submit your application.
3. Check the accuracy of the displayed personal data and click "Next."
4. Specify the organization that will issue the new license and choose the reason for the request (for example, replacement or loss).
5. Choose the method of receiving the license:
- If you select "Yes," courier delivery will be available — don't forget to provide your address and postal code.
- If you select "No," the license can be picked up in person.
6. Take a photo directly in the application. Make sure that your gaze is directed at the camera, there are no shadows on your face and clothing, and the image is clear and bright. Headwear is not allowed, but a scarf is permitted.
7. All payments are made via QR code. The application will automatically generate a QR code for payment, which can be used in any payment application by simply scanning it.
