A new digital service has been launched in Kyrgyzstan — the ability to replace a driver's license online using the mobile application "Tündük." This information was announced by the State Center for Vehicle Registration and Driver Licensing under the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It is emphasized that the new feature allows citizens to quickly and conveniently change their driver's licenses without the need to visit government institutions.
Instructions for using the service:
- Launch the "Tündük" application.
- To submit an online application, you must upload a medical certificate in form 083/U in advance, without which the application will not be accepted.
- Go to the "Services" section and select "Automotive and Driving."
- Click the "Apply for Driver's License Replacement" button and submit your application.
- Check your personal information and click "Next."
- Select the organization that will issue the new license and specify the reason for your request (replacement, loss, etc.).
Choosing the method of receiving the license:
– "Yes" — courier delivery (provide the address and postal code).
– "No" — personal collection of the license.
Take a photo through the application.
Photo requirements:
* gaze directly at the camera
* no shadows on the face and clothing
* clear and bright image
* no headwear (headscarves are allowed)
Payment:
All payments are made via QR code. The application will automatically generate a QR code that can be paid through any payment application by simply scanning it.
The processing time for the new license is 2–3 working days.
It is important to note that when receiving the new license, the old one must be surrendered.
