As reported by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko, among these measures is the introduction of children's SIM cards, as well as a ban on incoming international calls without the prior consent of the subscriber. Additionally, mandatory labeling of such calls is planned.
As part of this package, work is also being done to improve access to the "Gosuslugi" portal, including through the use of biometric data when visiting multifunctional centers (MFC) in person.
Furthermore, restrictions are being introduced on the number of bank cards that one person can have.
