The Prime Minister of Russia signed a decree on the agreement with Kyrgyzstan regarding the travel regime for citizens.

Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the agreement with Kyrgyzstan regulating the travel regime for citizens of both countries. The document was published on the official internet portal of legal information.

The Russian Foreign Ministry has been instructed to carry out an exchange of notes to implement the agreement.

As stated in the draft, for travel between the two countries, Russian citizens will be able to use domestic and foreign passports, as well as diplomatic and service documents. A similar set of documents is provided for Kyrgyz citizens: passport, ID card, diplomatic and service passports, as well as a certificate for returning to the republic.
