Today, October 30, the Vice Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Elvira Sarieva participated in the opening ceremony of the exhibition "Yenisei Kyrgyz," organized by the Minusinsk Regional Local History Museum named after N.M. Martyjanov.
As noted by the Vice Prime Minister, the exhibition of unique archaeological collections is an international scientific and exhibition project conducted as part of events dedicated to the Year of Strengthening Kyrgyz Statehood.
"The Kyrgyz are one of the oldest Turkic-speaking peoples in Central Asia. Before settling in the territory of modern Kyrgyzstan, our ancestors went through a long, at times tragic path of becoming a unified nation with their own statehood. This exhibition, prepared by scholars, will allow the younger generation to learn about the history of our ancestors."
At the end of her speech, the Vice Prime Minister emphasized that the exhibition provides numerous testimonies to the greatness of the Kyrgyz people, who have long aspired to achieve their own statehood.
