According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, under this program:
- all foreigners, including citizens of Kyrgyzstan, who decide to leave the territory of South Korea during the specified period will be exempt from fines;
- there will be no re-entry ban, which is usually applied in cases of forced deportation;
- this initiative applies to those who violated residency rules before December 1, 2025.
However, it is important to note that these measures do not apply to foreign citizens who have committed crimes or are subject to forced deportation.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs urges Kyrgyzstani citizens who are in the country without legal status to take advantage of this opportunity to avoid fines and other negative consequences.
