The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic commented on rumors regarding a ban on entry into Russia for three deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh. The agency did not confirm this information and pointed out the lack of authority to maintain such data.

“The Consular Department of the MFA of the KR is responsible for processing visas and permits for foreign citizens. For information on entry and exit rules, we recommend contacting the Border Service of the GKNB,” the ministry noted.

According to a response from the Border Service of the KR, such decisions fall under the jurisdiction of foreign authorities.

“This decision is made by another state. You should contact the judicial authorities of Russia,” added representatives of the Border Service.
Deputy Janar Akaev, mentioned in these reports, characterized the information about the ban as false.
The editorial office sent a request to the Russian embassy in Bishkek, where they responded that they do not have confirmed information on this issue.

“The embassy does not maintain a 'blacklist' and does not have access to such databases. A request has been sent, and a response will be provided later,” the press service of the diplomatic mission reported.

According to a source familiar with the border control procedures in Russia, information about restrictions is available to citizens, including deputies, only when checking in for a flight. Airlines receive lists of individuals prohibited from crossing the border.

Earlier, the Telegram channel “Neighbors - Central Asia” reported that Janar Akaev, Mirlan Samykozho, and Cholpon Sultanbekova allegedly faced a ban on entry into Russia.
