- Foreigners, including Kyrgyz citizens, who leave South Korea during the specified period will be exempt from fines;
- The re-entry ban, which is usually imposed in cases of forced deportation, will also not be applied.
It is important to note that this initiative does not apply to foreigners who have committed crimes or are subject to forced deportation.The Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly recommends that Kyrgyz citizens without legal status take advantage of this opportunity to avoid fines and unpleasant consequences, as stated in the announcement.
