A list of 143 citizens of Kyrgyzstan who died in Ukraine has been published.
This measure was approved by the governmental commission responsible for legislative activities in Russia and applies to foreign citizens as well as stateless persons who are serving or have served in the Russian army and participated in combat operations.
In addition, the Russian government has developed a number of draft laws concerning the legal status of such foreigners and stateless persons within the country. One of the proposed laws suggests replacing the expulsion procedure with a fine of up to 50,000 rubles and mandatory work for up to 200 hours.
